SD700-PA Pulse By-pass Function Description

1、Function Introduction

The SD700 servo drive Pulse By-Pass function can be enabled through a parameter setting, which allows the position pulse signal of one servo axis to be shared by other axes, thus realizing synchronized motion of multiple servo axes.

Note: Software requirements: 3A06_BYPASS

3、Physical Wiring

The first servo receives the pulse command signal from the PLC (in differential or collector form) and outputs it to the second servo via the crossover interfaces (33, 34, 35, 36), which use the differential interfaces (7, 8, 11, 12) for the servo pulse interface.

The electronic gear ratios (Pn204, Pn206) can be set according to your needs. If you need the same rotation speed for all axes, make sure that the Pn204 and Pn206 settings are the same.
